Simple recipe that’s easy to repeat.

This was enjoyed by my entire family. The steak was VERY tender and the sauce was yummy. My husband is a big fan of Mongolia Beef and as much as he enjoyed this he said it was missing something. Upon looking at other recipes I deduced it is missing ginger and I think it could use more garlic as well to counter the sweetness of the brown sugar. I will make this again with alterations.

Fantastic recipe. Easy to make and tastes delicious. I used baby carrots instead of grated and tossed in some broccoli as well.

Pretty yummy, hubby liked it.Next time i will cut the brown sugar down to a half cup, and keep the carrots a little bigger, and add more of them. Also the meat does not need to be sliced thin. it falls apart during cooking

I had to add a little extra water at the end because I could taste the cornstarch. Other than that, it was okay.

Very good. A little heavy with sauce. Next time i will drain off some of the sauce.

OMG! Best tasting flavor and fool proof! Served it over sautéed vegetables. I’m a self-admitted terrible cook and I’ll never admit that something so good was so easy to make.

It was delicious I feel like there was something missing or maybe a little less soy sauce but either way still tasted amazing I added ginger and instead of olive oil I used sesame oil super easy especially on days you don’t feel like cooking had rice and steamable Asian medley for sides

This always turns out delicious! I do cut back on the brown sugar a bit, and use more garlic, but that’s just personal preference. We also add diced water chestnuts near the end of the cooking time. Jasmine rice is great with it. My husband LOVES this meal. Always tender and tasty! Oh, I should mention - we definitely cook this much longer than 4-5 hours - all day really, on low. THEN it’s tender.

This is an extremely delicious dish, so I'm making it again. I did add 1 TBSP grated fresh ginger and used two large cloves of garlic (minced), to give it the flavor I wanted. I also julienned the carrots, rather than grated them, so they'd stay a little firmer for serving.
