Super yummy! I did not have the canned tomato and green chilies, I used just canned tomatoes. I also used the instant pot, strained the chunks from the sauce, poured it over the meat, and roasted the meat to crisp it a little in the oven.

Pretty good! Did not use chipotle powder, added a bit of tomato juice (putting tomato and water in a blender) and minced jalapeño
