The soup tasted great. However, I would add the noodles to each bowl then dish up the soup. I followed the recipe to a "T", but we weren't hungry when dinner was ready. When we finally ate dinner, it was this mushy thick paste with meatballs. The meatballs were the BEST!!!!

Fantastic, winner. I made it exactly as written but added a teaspoon of crushed red pepper for some zing. Will definitely be a go-to soup recipe!!
