Simple and tasty, only change I made was to add some double cream at the end instead of crème fraiche as that's what I had open. It only made a scant 4 portions and certainly not 5. My partner found it to taste too much like butternut squash for his liking but that's only an issue since he doesn't really like butternut - I really liked it myself!

This was so good, we’re making it for a second week in a row. The ingredients are simple, but the flavor is bold and savory. Definitely a great fall/winter dish.
I did make a few alterations instead of creme, I used canned condensed coconut milk. I also used a red jalapeño in place of the 2 chilis.
