- 4 lb. pork butt (boneless, quartered)
- 12 oz. cola beverage (not diet)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. Smucker's Cherry Preserves
- 16 oz. barbecue sauce
- 12 kaiser rolls (or Hawaiian-style buns, split)

Directions
- PLACE pork in slow cooker. Add cola, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- COVER and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or HIGH for 4 hours or until pork is very tender.
- REMOVE pork from slow cooker. Shred using two forks.
- STIR preserves and barbecue sauce into meat juices until blended. Stir in shredded pork until coated. Sauce will thicken during standing. Serve on rolls.
