Excellent, made for my family this evening and served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and carrots. I would add a whole bag of baby carrots next time.

Delicious!! I used boneless short ribs: when done put the vegetables in a blender and add back to make gravy!

i didnt follow the recipe totally added a dash of balsamic vinegar omited bay leaf used vegetable broth... very good.. would make it again. family enjoyed
