Reading the first comments got me skeptical but given the simplicity of the recipe I decided to try my luck, and I was very pleased with the result. Just perhaps a word about the temperature setting on the slow cooker. Mine's high setting is quite high, next time I will have to monitor and perhaps set it to auto as some of the rice stuck at the bottom of the pot. Overall, a really good one. Thanks.
