Description
This moist, tender pulled pork recipe is easy to make and delicious to serve anytime friends or family gather for a casual, fun evening. The vinegar helps to tenderize the pork and adds a mild flavor boost. Any classic tomato-based barbecue sauce, such as a Kansas City, St. Louis or Texas-style sauce, works here, so just go with one you love. The recipe, which makes about 5 cups, is a Yummly original created by Roxanne Wyss and Kathy Moore of The Electrified Cooks.

Directions
- Spray a 6-qt. slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Cut off and discard any netting from pork and pat meat dry with a paper towel. Place pork in the slow cooker.
- Stir together mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush mixture over pork, turning to coat meat evenly.
- Stir together brown sugar, chili powder, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper in the same small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning over pork, patting it down with your fingertips so it adheres to the meat. Turn meat to season it evenly. Pour broth and vinegar around the roast.

It’s okay - I had a 3.5 lb butt - cooked for 9 hrs & still wasn’t tender - you’ll have to adjust the time
