Delicious! I used peppercorns instead of coriander and balsamic instead of white wine vinegar bc i didn’t have those 2 ingredients- it’s really good. Will definitely make it again.

It was a good change to regular steak. We went with top sirloin instead of flank since the grocery store was out. Good, quick, healthy protein with a ton of flavor!

I found this recipe t0 be boring. Not enough seasoning for the steak and the chimichurri had to much lime juice and not enough flavor. I added more garlic, onion powder, salt and red chili flakes. Still wasn't one of my favorite recipes.

Delicious! The chimichurri in this recipe is far superior to any I’ve made in the past. A meal for the books!

I just absolutely love this recipe. I don't change anything although I do double the amount of spices for the steak because I usually get more than is recommended and I don't ever want to have too little seasoning. I also try to marinate the steak either all day or all night before cooking. Delish!!!
