It turned out great - I left out the corn and subbed the Greek Yougurt for lite sour cream. Sooo good- will make again-oh and used extra enchilada sauce

Exchanged diced onions for scallions and green enchilada sauce for red. I used full fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt Came out great.

Delicious! Used sour cream instead of yogurt and a little red onion because I didn't have scallions or Greek yogurt.

Excellent and very easy.
The second time I made these I added rotisserie chicken and it was a great addition.
