I didn’t like. I feel like it needed more sauce very dry.

So good, so easy and quick! I didn’t have marscapone cheese on hand so I just used allouette artichoke and chive creamy cheese and it turned out super good! I doubled the recipe so we can have it again tomorrow. Yum!

Excellent!! Definitely a go to meal. Directions were super easy to follow.

Super easy and turned out great. Might add breadcrumbs before broiling next time for some extra texture but definitely perfect as is!

very easy weeknight dish, delicious and savory, might substitute something other than mascarpone though, maybe ricotta?
