I used it on round steak thinly sliced skewers and they were so tender. I marinated for over 24 hours also. Hat off to the chef!

This recipe is pretty good, although I think next time I will add another teaspoon of Sriacha for a little extra kick. I grill the meat with zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and red onions.
