- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 bananas (over ripened)
- 2 cups flour (see * for whole wheat option)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease bottom of two 8 inch bread pans. In a large bowl add oil, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. In another bowl add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients and then add mashed up bananas. Pour batter evenly into bread pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center. Easy-peasy!
