Not bad, but not great either. I added some basil and marjoram and used a dry red wine in place of the vinegar and doubled the amount. I think adding some chopped roasted red peppers and a pinch of red pepper flakes would add some depth. Be sure to use thick cuts of fish, I used cod fillet and the thinner sections fell apart, cod loin would hold up better.

The receipe was really good. make sure the pan is hot enough to fry and that you dont over cook. my cod came out a bit rubbery because i cooked it to long trying to get the top and bottom golden brown.

Recipe was good first time ... second time red pepper flakes and some Kalimantan olives were added ... the added spice and salty olives improved the dish’s flavor profile

Sooooooooo fantastic. I added 2 bay leaves and used both oregano and Italian seasoning. Will definitely be making this one again.

Clean tasting and tasted healthy. The Oregano gave it a nutty taste. Used red wine since Red wine vinegar is not common where I am. Will be doing this again.
