I overcooked it however I definitely added butter and a lot more lemon. Simple and perfect.

Instructions say no need for oil to fry, but when I did the last bit in better, it kept my salmon moist. I ended up mixing half of the spices with melted butter and lemon juice and pouring over the first half. The taste blended well

Absolutely delicious!!! My first time! I went 8 minutes...I’d try 9 minutes to see if gets crispy on the outside.

Quite simple, yet still tasty. i followed another reviewer's suggestion to cook 5 minutes on one side and 3 on the other and it turned out just right (from the refrigerator). I also used a vacuum sealed skinless filet, 300g (10.5 oz).

Salmon was slightly dry 5-10 minutes is too long on each side. I did 5 and 3.

The salmon and veggies turned out delicious! This was the first time I tried cooking the salmon on a cast iron skillet (just got one and love it)! The flavor is quite different and is so tasty with baked sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Thank you for the tip about putting the 🍳 veggies in the oven for around 15 minutes at 400. They all turned out incredible and we’re cooked just right! I cooked the salmon on the cast iron skillet slightly under medium (have a gas oven) and rotated each side for around 7 minutes and it did the trick.

Mine doesn't look nearly as palatable, but -then again- cooking isn't my thing. But the small bite I took was pretty tasty (it's 5:45 am. I made it for my lunch!)!

Perfect salmon! I used a lot of lemon and cooked it on my cast iron. it was incredible.

Great easy recipe. My husband and I loved it. I would recommend you do put something in the pot not just the bare salmon. I used oil and Fried it with this recipe.

Worked great for farm raised salmon. Very easy, fast and tasty. I would not recommend for wild salmon
