- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Drain the garbanzo beans into a fine-mesh sieve and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Turn the garbanzo beans onto a clean dishcloth, and pat dry with paper towels.

Took it out to turn the beans after two 10 minute intervals and then cooked for 15. Texture was Perfect. will probably add more flavor for future batches
