- 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 dash nutmeg (optional)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Chop the butternut squash into 3/4-inch cubes and arrange in an even layer on the prepared sheet pan.
