Excellent bread. The only thing I did different was add a pinch more salt and some Italian herbs into dry ingredients before mixing.

Hadn't made this recipe in a long time, but wondering why!?! It's a super easy, quick and delicious bread, lovely texture and taste. I did add a tad more salt, but otherwise exactly as written. Yummy!!!

Great! Super soft! I added some feasibly minced garlic and basil, and some salt to olive oil, and spread it on the top of the sliced dough ball, added tons of flavor and was really good!

I’m no baker but considering this only took an hour, it was pretty darn good! Specially right out of the oven with butter!

I’m no cook. After burning myself and the mixer beaters flying off, I wasn’t sure the bread would turn out. But boy did it The bread was amazing and easy! The family was as stunned as I was.

This was fantastic! Crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. I am dairy and soy free and this is a fantastic alternative. Such a healthy bread with no preservatives.
I used fast acting yeast, sifted all of the ingredients before mixing, and put a baking sheet with ice cubes on the bottom rack to let the steam help the bread get extra crunchy on the outside. This recipe was fast and easy to make and will definitely become a staple in our household.

This was delicious! Loved the crispy light crust! I didn't have any olive oil. I've been eating more plant based, no oil. In place of the oil I used a mashed sweet potato. Don't know if it tasted any different from using the oil. It was delicious though! The dough was beautiful. I'll be making this again, it is quick too!

Very tasty, easy Covid bread! If you like salty or sugary bread, add more, but I personally wouldn’t, who needs it? I did not oil my loaves, I floured them and let them rise double the time. And yes, make sure they are very sticky! Not sure if that helped or hurt, but I made a single loaf pan and a flat for what I used as Hamburg rolls. Made excellent toast, but I’m going to use the full recipe next time as the toast was on the 'short' side, and I’m pretty sure if I use it all in one loaf pan it will make one nice tall loaf.

Very tasty. Only have regular yeast so will have to let it rise longer for more height and form better or use a bread pan for shape. Texture is nice. Used 3T of sugar so it’s a bit sweet for us. Will knock it down to 2 next round. Not a hard recipe to follow.

The bread turned out great! I used unsalted butter instead of oil. I also brushed some butter on the crust before putting it in the oven. The texture and taste was amazing!

I didn’t have bread flour so I used all purpose flour, and I replaced the sugar with honey. I made 6 round rolls and one loaf. Taste great!

turned out great, i will definitely be making this bread. i made some mistakes but it still worked really well.
