It’s been along time since I’ve made this bread, in fact at least four years. Maybe three. Today, I realized I had all of the ingredients and didn’t want him to go to waste. The spread is easy to make and I enjoy having a healthier option for me and my family.

Followed someone’s advice and used 4 eggs and 1/2 cup of almond milk - turned out perfect!

Can I substitute the almond flour with oat one? I cannot find such a flour on our local store. Will the oat flour work?

Didn't form a dought very dry, i added some water to make it form a dought. took longer than 45minutes to bake and then is very crumbly. not sure what i could have done wrong?

Loved the flavour! However, it was a little too dry, I think I will try adding apple sauce or an extra egg next time :)
EDIT: Doubled the recipe, added an extra egg (7 total) and a tbsp of oil, turned out awesome!

it is awesome. For all the vegs out there to replace eggs u can...
To replace 1 egg: 2 tablespoon flour + 1/2 teaspoon oil + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder + 2 tablespoons liquid (milk, cream, buttermilk, diluted yogurt, or dairy free alternatives like coconut milk, soy milk, etc) beaten together until smooth.
