- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- 6 scallions
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup snow peas (trimmed)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (drained)
- 8 oz. bamboo shoots (rinsed and drained)
- 1 lb. raw shrimp (26/30 peeled, deveined, tail on or off)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, I use a microplane)
- 2 cups mung bean sprouts
- soy sauce (optional)

This recipe was totally fire 🔥. 😂 I almost didn’t want to share with my family. It was really delicious. It didn’t last an hour in the house. My kids friends came over and ate too. ❤️🙏🏽💯✌️

Guessing game uping the ingredients to make for 7 - but and being in the country i decided to use egg noodles instead of the spaghetti that is so readily available. Have to say, turned out delicious - personally next time i might turn back the white pepper - but everything else - delicious. And the swirly noodles captured the suace which clung so perfectly. Have to say this has been the best version of Lo Mein i have ever made
