Description
Easy temaki, shrimp, and avocado hand rolls for a light appetizing lunch. Fluffy, buttery white rice is layered on top of crisp salty seaweed (nori) squares. Fresh cleaned jumbo shrimp is then placed along the rice and finished with thin slices of a creamy ripe avocado. Begin rolling at one corner and continuing along until they are cone shaped. A simple, health conscience, dish that everyone will love to make and eat! Interactive meals with the family.

- rice
- rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 avocado
- 3 sheets nori
- wasabi
- 24 shrimp (depending on the size)

Directions
- 1. Cook the rice. When making temaki, you usually have to mix in some rice vinegar once the rice is cooked. Set aside.
- 2. Slice the avocado.
- 3. Cut the nori sheets in half.
- 4. Put the shiny side of the nori sheet down on your work surface. Place some rice on the left side. Add a dash of wasabi. Top it with some avocado slices then 3 or 4 shrimp (depending on the size). Roll the nori into a cone. Seal the temaki with a bit of wasabi.
- 5. Serve immediately.
