I second the comment about using bacon grease, definitely improves the flavor profile. The recipe works fine without it though

Very good. I don't like brussel sprouts, and have been trying a lot of different recipes. I actually enjoyed this and would definately make it again.

added bacon and subbed half the olive oil with bacon fat amd it was prettay prettay prettay good.

It was really good, I cooked the cranberries with the Brussels sprouts because I wanted to soften them

It turned out great. I agree no salt necessary cuz if the Parmesan. Added a little less Parmesan than recipe called for and it was plenty. Fun new yummy way to enjoy Brussels sprouts
