These were fabulous! Been looking for a good fajitas recipe, but didn't expect the salmon, what a great idea. Next time I will apply some of the seasoning to the fish after its done, and flaked for more flavor throughout, as we like our fajitas spicy! We are big salmon heads and eat it a couple of times a week at least, so I am always happy to find a different way to cook. The only tough part was using the oven in the summer, so I might have to get a toaster oven, and see if I can make that work. Thanks so much for sharing this keeper!
