Fantastic, couldn't be easier. Used 1/2 the butter and oil, but drizzled some sesame oil on. Also didn't have lemons so used fresh limes. Had some cooked cauliflower and fresh grape tomatoes and put that in for extra veggies too. 7 yums were heard during dinner. Definitely making again. You can be a hero if you make this too! 450 degrees 10 minutes or so!

SO delicious. Only thing I changed is I used my own seasonings, added sesame oil, and cooked it for about 13 minutes. The texture of everything is perfect, and it turned out delicious! Definitely will be a go to when I need to whip up something quick for the family. Took less than 30 mins from start to finish!

So so delicious! I didnt use the optional lemon so it doesnt look as pretty ; ) Highly recommend, very easy and tasty

Excellent dish.. followed the recipe but didn’t use butter, only because we’re on a specific diet that doesn’t permit. Would definitely add butter since butter makes everything better
