Make the bacon first - separate from everything else. The grease from the bacon made the potatoes super greasy. I suggest bacon in one pan and the potatoes in another. Then add the eggs to the potato pan. Only cook eggs for 4 min if you want runny yoke.

Delicious and easy. Less time for runny eggs though and bacon done at 40 minutes.

my dad suddenly requested food for breakfast and this was the easiest and fastest recipe i could think of and my family loved it!
