It was amazing and so easy. I didn’t have heavy cream so I used half and half and about an eighth of a bar of cream cheese. My husband loved it!

This was amazing! I love the way the Parmesan tastes when mixed with the corn. It was a very interesting flavor! I will be making this again in the future.

Very very good! Halved the recipe as we were only 3. I used swiss cheese instead of parmesan and sautéed a jalapeno to add to it.

I don't know if my husband did something wrong or if it's the recipe. Cheese ended up in clumps and turned gray. Completely inedible.

Added some bacon bits to it, ate it with the creamy tuscan chicken. Was a super flavourful meal.

Subbed this with milk and sour cream, and added some chili power and a sprinkle of mozzarella! It came out great! ❤
