Delicious! I used liquid aminos in place of the soy sauce and added sweet peppers and mushrooms. Served on corn tortillas. This will definitely be a new staple for me!

This is my favorite tofu recipe!! (To be fair, I haven’t tried many, but still.) It’s easy and convenient, and delicious! I think this is the third or fourth time I’ve made it. Even my non-vegan family approves.

DELICIOUS! Changed up the ingredients a bit (didn't have cloves or onion so used powder) and added alittle salt and OMG!!EXPLOSIVE YUMMY PARTY IN YOUR MOUTH ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Fantastic on its own, and could also see it as a great base if you want to add veggies, etc. to it. The seasonings are perfectly proportioned -- the last time I tried a scrambled tofu recipe, it turned out horrifically bitter and inedible. This is absolutely my go-to from now on!

This was way better than I thought it would be(it also had a slighly off putting smell). I used less Soy sauce than call for because I'm not a fan of it. I used purple onions because I didnt have another type and used water, not broth. This was good and I recommend any one making it, it really can't go wrong and quick to make. I also cooked it longer, to get alittlr brown and less wet.

Very tasty! Followed directions but let the dish cook up a bit more to make the tofu a bit less wet.
