Zucchini and I have a love/hate relationship, and it all depends on the timing of the cooking. Followed the recipe and they came out "tender crisp" to quote the cook. The melted cheese is a great addition, and I can see myself making this side again in the future.

I did not have zucchini, but squash from my garden, along with homegrown tomatoes. This was so easy to make and tasty! I would recommend and will make again in the future. What’s left. I should have taken the picture before, not after.
