Really delicious though it is an EXACT carbon copy of the Jimmy Dean’s brand sausage cornbread stuffing recipe. I usually add extra chicken broth because I like it more moist. Not sure who plagiarized whom.

Really good. Don’t be afraid to add chopped dried apricots

love love love! This recipe absolutely impressed my family. I've made it both with and without pecans and it turns out lovely each time! I prefer it with pecans, for the texture. I also leave out a bit of the onions and celery and add them raw to the mix, for texture.

Family demands leftovers so I double the recipe. I use a mixture of sausage: sage, hot/mild Italian. Fresh baked dried out cornbread, 1 bag of seasoned bread cubes & my secret addition is a can of cream corn.
