- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 13.5 oz. smoked sausage (JOHNSONVILLE® Premium Fully Cooked, Rope, cut into coins)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. teriyaki (oyster, or plum sauce)
- cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cashew (halves, if desired)

Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sausage, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add the broccoli, water and teriyaki sauce; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Serve over rice.
- If desired, sprinkle with cashews.
