Description
This homemade hot pepper sauce with red pepper flakes brings the heat to classic chicken wings. Serve with blue cheese and celery sticks to cool it down.

- 2 lb. Tyson® Fresh Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (crushed)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover rack of broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut off wing tips; discard. Cut remaining wing into two parts at joint. Combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, honey, hot sauce and pepper flakes in medium bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, coating well. Place on foil-lined pan.
- Bake wings, turning once, 35 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F) and edges begin to crisp.
