Description

- prawns
- 1 lemon
- dill
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Remove the skin and backbone from the salmon and cut into chunks.
- Place the salmon and prawns into a bowl along with the salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice and let marinate for 2 hours before threading onto skewers.
- Heat a skillet and brush lightly with oil. Sear the skewers, cooking for a few moments on each side.
