  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 3 eggs
  • fresh parsley (minced)

  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams salmon

    Directions

    1. Mix the flour, milk, and eggs. Season with with a pinch each of parsley and salt.
    2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a crepe pan and pour in the batter in to make the crepes. Cook on both sides and set aside.
    3. Let them cool and add the cream cheese, salmon, and dill.
