Chopped turnips, zucchini, and cucumber are at the heart of the salad. Seasoned with chopped garlic and chives, the vegetable salad pairs beautifully with the grilled mustard seasoned pork chops. Ingredients
- 1 zucchini (unpeeled)
- 1 turnip
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 bunch chives
- olive oil
- 3 pork chops
- mustard seeds (ground, to taste)
- salt
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard (L'Ancienne)
Directions
- Cut the ends of the zucchini, and grate.
- Peel the turnips and grate.
- Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces.
