Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 blocks tofu
- 5 tsp. lemon (/ Calamansi juice)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- onions (Large size - diced)
- 1/2 garlic (glove, minced)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- black pepper

Directions
- Slice Tofu into cubes. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until brown or crispy. Set aside.
- Saute onions until translucent then add garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients then bring to boil.
- Add the deep fried tofu, stir occasionally until dry or until the sugar has caramelized.
- Serve with a steamed rice.
- Enjoy!
