This turned out to be very good. I added some ground chicken that I cooked with some garlic and 1/4 cup of diced red pepper. I also sprinkled about 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes. I will add this to the rotation because it's quick, doesn't require a lot of ingredients and a lite way to prepare pasta.

This was so easy to make and delicious! I added grilled chicken, tomatoes and roasted garlic you pretty much can add anything

Very yummy! Not tangy, well balanced. I’d love to try this recipe with grilled shrimp.
