Sadly this recipe sounds great but was a let down.. the chicken got soggy after I spent all the time browning the skin.. it just wasn’t very tasty

Easy and delicious. I used boneless, skinless thighs and it turned out fantastic. Used some rosemary sprigs as suggested by others, and also broth instead of water. Served over rice. Kids loved it. Will definitely make again.

Turned out good wife gave me an unsolicited thumbs up. Have thought it needed something but can’t put my finger on it. Daughter loved the sauce so it was a hit.

Turned out great. Made a few adjustments. Replace water with chicken broth. For herbs get rosemary. Added 3 stalks of rosemary to bottom on crock. Placed chicken on top and then put broth mix in. Added 3 rosemary stalks to top of mix. At 4.5 mark, took out about 1.5 cups of juices (chicken releases more so there’s extra) and make a chicken gravy out of it. Turned out phenomenal. Next time might add a slice or two of lemon in to bring a little acid to the dish. With the current adjustments, feel like the recipe is about 95% there. This was a huge hit in our house today.

I reworked this for the instapot, added potatoes and it was phenomenal. Very flavorful with a great broth.

Fantastic! I used thighs and breasts..all bone in. The breasts were not dry at all.. very pleased and will definitely make again.
