This recipe was perfect! I LOVE a no knead recipe and this is one you can do in the same day! Absolutely delicious! Thank you for a great easy to follow recipe

A solid bread recipe that was super easy to make. I found the dough ended up a little bit too dry for me, and added about 2tbsps additional water. For the future I would shorten the proving times by 15-30min; in my apt, the bread ended up overproved when I followed the 90min asked in the recipe.
