This was just okay I will say it was super moist and the skin was crispy and I agree with another reviewer during the cook I had to cover it early otherwise it would of been to black
The meat had almost no flavor from the celery apple and onion.
I would not make it again but when paired with the crispy skin it was very tasty.
Just looking for more flavor as we quickly ran out of crispy skin to eat alongside our chicken pieces
