Made this last week and it came out super good. Hard to mold into any shape if im being honest (cuz I’m not a baker of any means-this is literally the first bread I’ve ever made!). However, it was delicious and it just molded itself into a round shape. I made it again today and it definitely didn’t come out the same. Still good but extremely flat. Like maybe I had to proof it longer? Idk. I proofed it for 20 hours both times. Third attempt update: I researched and realized my home was colder than room temperature so my yeast didn’t rise enough during the 20 hrs. So I used luke warm water and warmed up the olives before adding them into the mix. I also stretched it a few times an hour into proofing. Definitely made a difference in puffiness of my bread. The picture compared the failed second attempt and my recent loaf. Still can’t shape it properly so maybe it’s still not perfected haha will try again next week!

This is one awesome bread .. I make it atleast every other week ... it’s easy to put everything in a bowl and go about your day while it does it’s thing ... I have also shared this recipe with my family .

This bread was good as directed but even better with 1/4 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes and one or two cloves of finely chopped garlic. An additional tablespoon of rosemary helps it’s flavour come through with the added ingredients.
