- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (or chili powder)

This salad was delicious! I served this as a side with grilled chicken kebabs. My hubby was skeptical since he hadn’t enjoyed other quinoa salads, but he thought it was great! He and our guests went back for more. I followed the recipe exactly as written except I was out of Tajin, so I used an alternative chili lime seasoning. You won’t be disappointed!
