- 2 roasted red peppers (medium, peeled, I use peppers from a jar)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
- 6 white button mushrooms (medium, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 garlic cloves (small, pressed)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dill (chopped)
- 16 oz. chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped, might reduce it to 1 clove)
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- cucumbers (cut into strips)
- lettuce (chopped)
