- 1 whole chicken (cut up)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 liters water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. bouillon (powder)

Directions
- Place the chiles into a baking dish, opened up so that they are flat.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the chicken and layer onto the chiles.
- Mix the onion, garlic, water, oil, salt, black pepper, and bouillon powder in the blender and pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200 Celsius until the chicken becomes golden brown.
