Omgoodness! This is INCREDIBLE!! Don't worry about investing in a small container of ground chipotle pepper. It's quite versatile! (One half of a tablespoon (1 & 1/2 tsp) of the chipotle pepper was still too spicy for me, so I'll add only 1 tsp the next time I make it.)
