Great basic recipe! I added in lots of spices and it turned out great. I would assume it wouldn’t be very flavourful without that though.

healthy cauliflower soup although can't quite taste the roasting after the soup was blended. i used veg stock. tastes quite mild.

Delicious! I only have a blender so the consistency was a bit grainy but I don't mind, it was VERY tasty and would definitely make it again.

My cauliflower soup turned out okay. I supplemented a few things spice wise with a lil cumin and parsley. In all honesty, I baked cauliflower a lil too long (forgot to set the timer) so it was a lil browner in colour than this photo. It was okay.

It turned out great! Cauliflower is great flavour but had to be inventive in preparing a flavoursome stock which included onions, garlic, ginger and peppers (I might have got carried away with the peppers).

So tasty!! I added some bacon bits right before I ate it and it was super tasty. Very simple to make too.

It was good, but the recipe was pretty bland. It’s a great idea and the bones t9 what can become a well-rounded soup.

Delicious. Even my 15 year old loved it. The roasting of the cauliflower makes it wonderful.

Creamy, I added butter & cream I also sautéed the onions with a little garlic

It was good. I added extra cheese (sharp cheddar) and seasoned more to make it yummier. also used a roux to thicken.

Not well! No flavor! Followed directions . Flat! Then I added two bulbs roasted garlic, herbed salt, paprika, (used vegetable broth!) Just desperate to jazz it up! Still working on It!

This soup makes an alright base but, as other reviews say, it is quite plain. I spruced it up with thyme, sage, cheddar, and some bacon.

turned out pretty good. vegetable stock was a little brown so soup wasn't as bright as I would have liked

Simple and delicious! Like it most when I make it using vegetable broth instead of water. It gives it a depth of flavor that the water cannot provide.

Yeah really yummy. Probably would have been better with a fresher cauliflower. It was even better cold.

It's pretty good! I roasted garlic with the cauliflower. I assume it would be even better actually pureed, but as I am a poor college student, I have no tools to do that. Mashed with a spatula works fine.

Wonderful recipe and easily converts to a mashed cauliflower substitute for mashed potatoes. Just add a little less liquid and some onion and it’s amazing. I used cream chicken soup as the base. Yum!

Yummy, but a bit salty. Original with butter and cream would be a bit better on that I’m sure, but not so healthy of course.
