I made this for Thanksgiving, and this is what my family had to say: “Lacking” “Lackluster at best” “Why does it taste so weird and sour? “I’ve had much better Brussels sprouts with bacon” and “Not your best.” I do not recommend this, especially if your family can be a bit critical.

I was short on sprouts for the recipe so it was slightly unbalanced but still turned out great! I caramelized the pecans with brown sugar while roasting them and added a shot of jack daniels to the vinaigrette.

Very good recipe! I added a splash of bourbon to the vinaigrette to add another depth of flavor. The dressing, the sprouts, and the bacon marry perfectly in this dish for some delicious Brussel sprouts!
