- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Stouffer’s Lasagna with Meat & Sauce

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Snap off the ends of each asparagus spear to remove the tough part of the stalk
- On a lined cookie sheet, drizzle asparagus with olive oil and garlic. Toss to coat evenly.
- Zest the lemon over the asparagus, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and enjoy hot alongside Stouffer’s Lasagna with Meat & Sauce
