Directions
- Place the assuages on a large sheet tray and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss to combine then sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Thinly slice a lemon and place over the asparagus.
- Put the tray in a fan oven preheated to 200 degrees delicious for 5-7 minutes. Turning occasionally. Serve immediately.
