- 2 Tbsp. lavender honey (or clear honey)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 parsnips (cut into 4 lengthways)
- 1 3/4 cups baby turnips (trimmed)
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 cups brown chicken stock
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. raisins (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes, then drained)
