Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente doneness; drain and set aside.
- Cut sausage into 1-inch chunks.
- In a large skillet, cook sausage in butter over medium heat until cooked through and browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Tasted great. Very rich flavour.
Had to remove grease after cooking sausage. I always find mild Italian releases tons of it and I didn’t want my sauce to be a fatty mess.
I cooked the sauce without adding in the pasta so we could spoon it on (picky eaters) but it still turned out delicious. Also didn’t have rigatoni so I used rotini.
